Work includes erosion control, grading Coal Fly Ash, 40 mil HDPE Geomembrane, Geocomposite, Barrier Protection Layer, Topsoil Layer, Toe Drain System, Rip Rap Downchutes and Stilling basins at the toe. Also includes Rip Rap Diversion Swales, Seeding, Mulching and Erosion Control Blankets.
